Would like a single call to GET users having a role in a tenant

Feature Request:
It would be nice to have a single HTTP call that would return user
information for users that have an assigned role within a tenant.
Something like:
GET /users?role=<ROLE_ID>&tenant=<TENANT_ID>
would work...
