Public bug reported:
- User can create a firewall rules named demo_rule1 and Demo_Rule1 in Horizon
and neutron-client.
However on trying to delete firewall using " neutron firewall-rule-delete
demo_rule1", we get an error:
NeutronClientNoUniqueMatch: Multiple firewall_rule matches found for name
'demo_rule1', use an ID to be more specific.

Ideally Neutron Client/Neutron itself, should be able to differentiate
between Demo_Rule1 and demo_rule1
