This is fixed on master with commit
8c98b601f2db1f078d5f42ab94043d9939608f73 but is useless on
stable/icehouse, here is an example snip from a stable/icehouse
tempest run of what this looks like in the n-cpu log:

It would be really nice to use that information in trying to debug
what's causing all of these hits for InstanceInfoCacheNotFound stack
traces:

We should backport that repr fix to stable/icehouse for serviceability
