The current linuxbridge VXLAN driver only allows a single multicast
group to be defined. In practice this means that every tunnel endpoint
(VTEP) will get broadcast/unknown/multicast (BUM) traffic for every
single VNI, even those in which it does not participate.

This is easily prevented by specifying different multicast groups for different 
VNIs. I have a proposal to address this on gerrit:
