Public bug reported: The current linuxbridge VXLAN driver only allows a single multicast group to be defined. In practice this means that every tunnel endpoint (VTEP) will get broadcast/unknown/multicast (BUM) traffic for every single VNI, even those in which it does not participate.
This is easily prevented by specifying different multicast groups for different VNIs. I have a proposal to address this on gerrit: https://review.openstack.org/204778 ** Affects: neutron Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: rfe -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Yahoo!
