Documentation is contradictory on whether GET
/v2/images/{image_id}/file has a response body

Bug description:
See http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-
image-v2.html#getImageFile-v2
This section first says: "The response body contains the raw binary
data that represents the actual virtual disk."
It then later says: "This operation does not accept a request body and
does not return a response body."
