In local settings, enable the new launch instance.
LAUNCH_INSTANCE_NG_ENABLED = True
Then launch the new launch instance wizard.
Select "Create New Volume" and fill in other fields.
Enable javascript console
When you launch, you'll get an error "Unable to create server"
In javascript console, observe: "'unicode' object has no attribute 'id'"
