Name "_" not defined
Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):

Bug description:
On running openstack dashboard, when it can't find glance installed on
my machine, it is supposed to raise an exception and when raising this
exception it throws the following error.
Name error at /
name "_" is not defined in glance/common/excpetion.py
The error is at line 38 of that file.
I think the function "_" is not imported from gettextutils
