Volume test_encryption has missing mocks

Bug description:
The test is loading the volume index page and preloads the Snapshot tab.
The test however is not mocking the call for volume_snapshot_list()
and volume_list() used in the Snapshot tab.
It looks like the exception is consume silently, must be a bug on the
get_<table>_data() call of the TableTab.
We need to add the missing mocks to avoid regression.
