unable to extend volume
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Invalid
Bug description:
When I open up the Extend Volume dialog for a certain volume, the
Volume Name field is empty and greyed out. And since this is a
required field, the submit button doesn't work.
Please see image.
I believe this happened when the volume was created via Launch
Instance > Boot from volume snapshot (creates a new volume). In other
scenarios, I can see the volume name in the dialog.
