Bug description:
The Neutron N1K plugin got modified by
https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-neutronclient/+bug/1220966
This bugfix replaces "vxlan" with "overlay".
As a result in the Openstack dashboard "router" network profile creation
fails.
Horizon also needs to change the "vxlan" argument with "overlay" to fix this
issue.
