Bug description:
network types specified as part of the provider networks extensions
need to be translated into the appropriate network type before
dispatching the call to the NVP API.
However this mapping is not working properly for 'flat' and 'vlan' use
cases at the moment. These values are not being converted into the
corresponding NVP values, thus leading to failures upon creation of
the network.
The correct NVP network type, for both flat and vlan, is 'bridge.
