Bug description:
When using VC Driver on stable/havana or master, booting a sparse
image is currently failing and showing this error in vCenter:
Task [CopyVirtualDisk_Task] (returnval){ value = "task-7764"
_type = "Task" } status: error A specified parameter was not correct.

The following command was used to upload the image
(http://partnerweb.vmware.com/programs/vmdkimage/cirros-0.3.0-i386-disk.vmdk)
to glance:
glance image-create --name cirros-sparse --disk-format vmdk
--container-format bare --is-public True --property
vmware_disktype=sparse --progress < cirros-0.3.0-i386-disk.vmdk
