Problems with creating more than one volume in Chrome browser

Bug description:
This bug is browser-specific one. One can reproduce it only in Chrome.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create some volume in the Horizon UI.
2. Click the "Create Volume" button again immediately.
3. Instead of new "Create Volume" form you get error message: "Error:
An error occurred. Please try again later."
To use the button again you should clean up all browser data. Horizon
logs show nothing about it.
