Bug description:
doc/sphinx/formulation.rst line 706 has the following statement [1]:
K=\sum K_N\left((1-\xi)\frac{1}{3}+\xi\right)=\sum K_N\frac{1-2\xi}{3}
It should be instead:
......................................................................................\sum
K_N\frac{1+2\xi}{3}
It influences also all following equiations. Not fixing it, as It needs to
be checked
before, what is wrong.
