Hi Bruno, I dealt with two of "Michal"s messages yesterday (including the notification you show us, it seems), but discarded them. (I would be surprised I messed Discard with Accept...)
Why do you think those messages have been approved ? It's true I got this morning (in my spam box though) two other messages from Michal's account, but those were sent through the Launchpad question interface, which we can not moderate (see our previous discussion). For me it is clear these are distinct messages than the ones previously moderated.
