The dev's involved with light-locker and the associated -settings
packages would like to get some testing done for the
light-locker-settings app.

You'll need to install -settings from one of their PPA's - which can be
found here https://launchpad.net/~light-locker-settings-team/+archive/stable
sudo add|-apt-repository |ppa:light-locker-settings-team/stable
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install light-locker-settings
