Don't use Blue Jay, it runs incredibly slowly, and will on occasion simply tell you that perfectly good code is uncompilable until you press the button a whole load of times. Admittedly it may have improved in the last 2.5 years. Its little graphical interface of dependencies is interesting, but it probably is not the best for any sort of larger project.
