Dear Charles, I have a couple more questions on this potential: does the thickness parameter refer to the length of the bilayer, or one of the monolayers? Also, does the switching function acts outside the "thickness" parameter, or somewhere before that? For example, if thickness is set to 20 A, does the "polarity" profile remain constant at [0-20] A or at some [0-N] range?
