I just checked to log file and found: [ 22.361] (==) Matched modesetting as autoconfigured driver 0 [ 22.361] (II) LoadModule: "modesetting" [ 22.361] (II) Loading /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/drivers/modesetting_drv.so [ 22.371] (II) Module modesetting: vendor="X.Org Foundation" [ 22.371] (II) modesetting: Driver for Modesetting Kernel Drivers: kms Does this not mean the modesetting driver /is/ loaded or am I missing something?
