XCB util-cursor module provides an xcb port of libXcursor. This release sets the close-on-exec flag when opening files on platforms that support O_CLOEXEC, and resyncs the _XcursorThemeInherits code with libXcursor, including a fix for an off-by-one error in memory allocation that triggered errors from AddressSanitizer.
