You might find a little more about those versions by looking at en.wikipedia.org, although the amount of information, and the similarity of some of the names, can be overwhelming. But I think all of those use the amdgpu driver (should work fine on linux, with the required firmware). From memory, I think all of those you listed are variants of Polaris.
