Patch #340 - 2018/12/16
* suppress a spurious warning about fontsets when initializing menus
for the toolbar configuration.
* fix some strict compiler warnings.
* improve checks for TrueType font, to help with the case of color
bitmap fonts, which fontconfig misrepresents (Arch Linux #58706).
