If yes, is manual configuration normally required? Automagic does not work
here in openSUSE Factory. Without declaring sis be used as driver via config
file, FBDEV is used. When I set sis to be used, and do not set 'Option
"NoAccel" "1", X segfaults:

Working OK but flickering 60Hz with NoAccel on:

I've found no similar open reports at bugzilla.novell.com. Possibly
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=947527 is the same.
