Ok, except ati radeon, the _intel_ (uxa, not sna) and _nouveau_ now both work 
from live git... I removed from kernel CONFIG_USB_OTG, but else I just 
installed from cgit.freedesktop.org repositories, the X server et al.

I let a default "Factory" layout from "/etc/X11/xorg.conf" option and didn't 
specify "-dpi 100" anylonger.

But actually <radeon> was the only one "working" before: it started X, with 
sources from git.
