synaptics 1.6 is now available.
A few more fixes since RC4, covering a syspend bug seen mostly on Mac Book
Airs (#49161, reproducible on other machines though) and a fix for coasting
when inverted ('natural') scrolling is enabled.
Users of solaris will see the driver work again now, after the backends got
inadvertantly disabled. Users of currently unsupported platforms will now
see an error message instead of getting a dummy driver without backends.
