Here's 1.12 RC2. We've still got a week to go before the 1.12 non-critical bug window closes, and I wanted to give people a chance to see what state things are in before that happens. I'll cut RC3 sometime next weekend; that's the middle of FOSDEM, so I take a break from Belgian chocolate (and beer) to do a bit of release management.
As always, thanks to those who have contributed patches during this
cycle; I encourage all of you to take a look at the 1.12 tracking bug

and see if there's something which you can fix, or for which a patch
just needs to be shepherded into the tree.
