Yes. Simply click anywhere in any cell containing a name (that is, a
cell belonging to the column of interest) and select "Sort Rows" from
the "Table column" toolbar icon. See attached screenshot.

PS: This facility may refuse to work if some of the cells span several
rows and/or columns. In such case, an alert is displayed explaining what
