Hello,

I have been using xmlmind and xslutil-perso-4_6_0 successfully for some
time and thought it was tome to get up to date.

xbe-perso_7_6_0 failsxx to complete document conversions on my Ubuntu 16.04
and Fedora 26 installs. I have tried with openjava and various releases of
Oracle Java and always experience this problem irrespective of the
conversion target format:

1. Conversion commences with error free copying of resources into a /tmp
directory created by xxe.
2. The stylesheet compiles successfully and stylesheet parameters are
loaded.
3. The process fails with:
Processing XML file "/tmp/xxe6860050403981787968_d/__doc.xml"
Fatal error: Failure reading file:/tmp/xxe6860050403981787968_d/__doc.xml

On inspection, it seems that the specified tmp directory doesn't exist / is
never created. There are no permission issues on /tmp and stage (1) of the
the conversion process reports no file copy errors. System logs don't help.

I would be very grateful for any ideas or suggestions.

Best wishes,

P
