I'm sorry but there is no way for us to reproduce the issue you have
reported. Whatever the way we invoke online help, the OS we use, the
version of Java we use, the online help system of XXE v8 works just fine.
May be the problem will be solved when you'll upgrade to version 8
(latest version is 8.2). Anyway, the version 7.6 you is not supported
anymore.

The screenshot of "XMLmind XSL Customizer" you sent us shows a grayed,
disabled, "Documentation" link.
This is normal as the attribute-sets used by XMLmind DITA Converter are
not documented.
If you switch to the "Parameters" tab, you'll find that the
"Documentation" link is enabled and points to
http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/_distrib/doc/manual/xsltParams.html . This,
because unlike the attribute-sets, the XSLT stylesheet parameters are
documented.
