Thank you for taking the time to report this bug.
To fix it, we have renamed
visible_inclusions_in_bookmap.css to bookmap__visible_inclusions.css
and
visible_inclusions_in_map.css to map__visible_inclusions.css
and (while at it)
visible_inclusions.css to topic__visible_inclusions.css
in XXE v8.1, then we checked that this worked OK for the 3 above
document types.
