Done. This feature will be available in v7.7.
Dialog position, size and zoom level (but not "Fit window", which is
just a command and not a state) are saved for later use within the same
XXE session.
Note that the image map editor saves one state per source image URL.
That is, you may edit several image maps within the same XXE session and
in such case, the image map editor will maintain a different dialog
state for each image map.

I assume that this feature is needed when the author has to change
her/his image map after generating an HTML preview for it.
