See the two attached screenshots.
Both screenshot displays the 'Ebook' section(s) (sic!) of the New
document dialog. One screenshot is from the Norwegian Nynorsk
localization. (The Norwegian Bokmål version has the same issue.) The
other screenshot is taken from the Russian localization.
As can be seen from the screenshots, the submenu “Ebook” appears
twice:
* Once with the localized name.
* Once in English.
Consequences: The “Page” option appears under the section Ebook
menu. Plus the that conditional processing options menu appear twice -
once under each Ebook menu.
By contrast, in the English localization, there is just tone Ebook menu,
as can be seen here:

In the French and German localizations the term Ebook has not been
translated, and thus those localizations are not affected.
I believe the issue is related to the fact that “Ebook” can be
localized. And the title ”Ebook” invites itself to be translated ...
However, in the German and French localizations of XMLmind, Ebook has
not been translated - hence the issue has not really been tested by the
XMLmind developers.
