The HTML5 spec does not specify that the "controls" of audio/video

Please note that it's quite simple to have control buttons enabled by
default.
Simply
a) insert an audio/video element,
b) configure it to suit your tastes,
c) select it,
d) save it as your default element template using "Options|Customize
Configuration|Save Selected Element As Template". See
