xxe mac: dialog hiding issue when URL Chooser is active
Do this:
0. Enable the URL chooser in the File menu
1. Create/Open an .ebook file (or a .ditamap file)
2. Select a chapter element (or a topicref element)
3. Choose Edit chapter in the pop-up menu - this results i
the Edith Chapter dialog window
4. In the dialog window, opt to create a new HTML input page
5. Select Page (or another template) in the New document dialog
6. The URL Chooser dialog window is brought to the front
* Expected result: The URL chooser should remain in front, so that I can
just type a file name of the new file to be created
* Actual result: The URL Chooser becomes hidden behind the Edit Chapter
dialog window.
* Workaround: To create the file, I must dig out/activate the URL
Chooser so that it becomes the front window.
As I indicated, the same issue is present when edithing the topicref
elemnt in dita maps.
