I'm sorry but we cannot help you. Your screenshots seem to indicate that
you are using a *very* *old* version of XMLmind XML Editor. This version
is no longer supported by us.
If you upgrade to latest version, what you want to do should work fine.
You may even use Ctrl-Mouse-Wheel to change the zoom level of tree views
and text views (but not the source view).
