I cannot reproduce the problem with the sample document you sent us
privately using XMLmind XML Editor v7.1 (latest version). See attached
PDF [ATTACHMENT DELETED].
May be you are simply using an old version of XMLmind XML Editor+XMLmind
DITA Converter.
Note that XMLmind DITA Converter supports flagging list items only as of
version 2.6.2. See http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/changes.shtml#v2.6.2
