However, this processing instruction would have to be inserted in the
topic files, not in the map file.
Please confirm if you are interested.
--> You may also consider using a bookmap rather than a plain map. With
a bookmap, part, chapter, appendices, appendix are guaranteed to start
at a new PDF page.
