which is referenced by "Path\Filename.xml" and which is needed to

Note that this kind of error does not prevent XMLmind XML Editor from
starting. It just prevents XMLmind XML Editor from opening
"Path\Filename.xml".
--> File "Path\rfc2629.dtd" is NOT part of the distribution[*] of
XMLmind XML Editor. Therefore I cannot send you a copy of it or more
simply ask you to re-install XMLmind XML Editor.
I'm really sorry but I cannot see how I can help you.
Please ask one of your coworkers for a copy of "rfc2629.dtd" and copy
this file to "Path\" and you'll be able to open "Path\Filename.xml".
OR
Please ask your IT staff for a backup copy of of "rfc2629.dtd" and copy
this file to "Path\" and you'll be able to open "Path\Filename.xml".
OR
Search the net for a copy of "rfc2629.dtd" and copy this file to
"Path\" and you'll be able to open "Path\Filename.xml".
