I often wish to be able to limit a search to a search within a specific
language or element. So, for instance, if I work on a document
containing both Norwegian and English, I would like to be able to
exclude elements that are tagged with xml:lang="en" or lang="en". Or,
alternatively, that I can exclude <blockquote> elements.
