Given the number of times I've asked you questions about this, I'm now fairly confident at being able to do what I need to; I've even started using xsl.fo cover pages ... and saving different sets of conversion parameters for easy re-use.
I was wondering, though, if there's a mechanism for associating a saved set of parameters with a .ditamap file permanently/as default.
