Seems to me ... that I can't use Convert document functions on a ditamap while there are unsaved changes in the map itself; no bad thing, and I'm now used to seeing that behaviour instead of the older "unsaved changes; do you want to save ..." dialogue.
But, it also seems to me, if I save the map and convert it while one of the component topics is open and has unsaved changes ... no warning, just a new .pdf (for example) with incorrect content. Perhaps the old warning could appear if any of the component topics is 'dirty'? All this with the caveat seems to me, in case my observations don't match reality.
