All your questions are about generating RTF out of DocBook. As XMLmind XML Editor is an XML editor and not an RTF generator, your questions are not of general interest. Please consider sending them to (private) xmleditor-i...@xmlmind.com rather than (public) xmleditor-support@xmlmind.com

Also please note that the support we provide our customer with is quite limited. This is explained in great details in "Support policy" http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/support_policy.html

Another question in my RTF I create table of contents, but there is no
pages, why?

It's technically impossible[*] to have actual page numbers in the table of contents or in the index. Only MS-Word can number the pages of an RTF file.

Please refer to this FAQ for a workaround:

I use the page-number-citation object to print the number of pages in my document, but the displayed value is always 0 when I load the document in MS-Word. How can I get the correct value?

Is there an easy way to make titles from source file also titles in RTF?
I don't mean font-size ant font-style, it's OK, I'm about MS WORD styles. ?

No, there is no easy way to generate an RTF file making use of named MS-Word styles.

The reason is that the DocBook XSLT stylesheets have not been modified by us in order to support our proprietary XSL-FO extensions which allow to create RTF, WML, ODT and DOCX files making use of named MS-Word styles.

[*] Without using a VBA macro which would anyway be blocked by MS-Word and/or by your anti-virus software.
