We cannot answer this question. For now, we are not convinced by the
future of "DocBook Publishers"[*]. Therefore we didn't invest much
efforts on it, and we don't plan to do so in the near future.

[*] Unlike DocBook 5.1 and its assembly, topic, etc, new features, which
we are committed to fully support as soon as its schema goes to 5.1
release (for now, it's a beta or a release candidate; don't remember).
