Sorry but I cannot reproduce the problem. Here's what I've done: * I've used XXE v4.9.1 which is no different from v4.9 concerning the FOP plug-in and DocBook XSL 1.76.1. * I have uninstalled the XEP plug-in and instead, installed the FOP plug-in. * I've added DocBook XSLT stylesheets parameter fop1.extensions=1 to the DocBook 4 configuration. * I've converted "XMLmind XML Editor - Commands" which has olinks to "XMLmind XML Editor - Configuration and Deployment". * I get a PDF file having PDF bookmarks, which means that fop1.extensions=1 has been honored.
