Please tell other persons using XXE in East Europe to send us the same
request. We really need to know if not supporting Windows-1250 really
annoys a few more users other than you.

PS: I thought that Windows 2000/XP software understood UTF-8 very well
(which, unlike Windows-1250 or even iso-8859-2, is one of the
recommended encodings for interchange).
