No, I was jumping to something else.  We confirm that this does not happen with 
the stock DocBook configuration, so it's
certainly related to our DocBook customization. We have to dig into it to find 
out what happens there.

OK, we'll try to find out why; we will let you know if  it is related of some 
kind of trap we fall into (i.e.  that is, if it is not tied to a silly
error of ours).
