[xml] python-config not found during configure - is this 'bad'?

Hi,

Paying closer attention as I package libxml2 (and later libxslt) for 
AIX. I see the message:

../src/libxml2-2.9.4/configure[15272]: python-config:  not found

But all of configure, make, make DESTDIR=xxx install succeed. Just want 
to be sure I am not missing anything essential.
