Hi, Thanks for the reply, after the error occurred I deleted some stuff to clear up some space and it didn't fix the problem. I thought that it may have still caused the problem. Anyway probably doesn't matter now, does anyone know how I should go about repairing the file and which file I need to repair,

It would depend on which partition is full. The "best" way to fix a partition that is too small is to remove unnecessary stuff until it isn't full. If that is not possible then you will need to re-partition your harddrive which probably means a re-install too.
