[XFree86] Setting default .xkm keymap for X

I have a set of .xkm files for X Keyboard Extension module, I want one of 
them to be the default keyboard configuration on my XServer. I try to find 
a place to add start-up paramters, but fail. how can I do this?

OS:SUSE 9.0
XFree86 Version 4.3.0.1
