I'll commit a fix to xc/lib/fontconfig/Imakefile for that. The version was wrongly tied to the shared library revision. The feature freeze was over a month ago. At least one bug in 2.1 has been fixed in our current CVS. If you have fixes for others, please submit them before 28 November (the code freeze date).
